Our pre-registration department will contact you in advance to review your scheduled date, time, location and prep for your exam. You may call them at 541.677.1200 to pre-register in advance.

All patients scheduled at the hospital will be directed to stop in admitting to register for their exam.

Once the patient is registered they will need to check in with the Imaging receptionist.

The technologist is not permitted to discuss findings with the patient. The results of the images will be read by a radiologist who will report the findings to the ordering provider. The provider will contact the patient regarding the report.

To obtain a copy of your images, please contact Mercy Imaging at 541.677.2390. We will need to see your photo i.d. at the time of picking up the CD or if you someone else is picking it up for you then they will need to bring a letter from you giving us permission to release it to them and we will need to see their photo i.d.
